Dr. Brandy Strelec, BSc (Hons), ND
Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Bowen Practitioner
Dr. Brandy Strelec has always had a passion for health, which led her to focus on assisting patients in their achievement of optimal health by assessing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspect of health and addressing the underlying core of their health concerns. She develops individualized treatment plans and educates patients about their health while encouraging them to take an active role in their own health care.
As a licensed and registered Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Strelec utilizes her strong background in Nutrition, Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine, Lifestyle counseling, Botanical Medicine, Homeopathy and Physical Medicine to assist her patients in attaining their treatment goals. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with hormone imbalances and digestive disorders. She has special interests in women’s health, chronic stress and fatigue related issues, digestive health issues, heart disease, diabetes, pain management, fertility, and pediatrics. She has also designed specific programs dealing with weight management, detoxification, healthy aging and stress reduction. Brandy also brings her experience as a Bowen practitioner to add options for additional, individualized care for pain management.
Educational Studies
Dr. Brandy Strelec received her undergraduate degree from McMaster University majoring in Biology and Psychology. Dr. Brandy completed a four year graduate degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto where she graduated with Honours as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. She was also awarded the prestigious President’s Award which recognizes a graduate exemplifying missionary work and professional courage, who is entrepreneurial, and a visionary. Dr. Strelec is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and is registered and licensed with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy. She is additionally licensed as a certified intravenous therapy Naturopathic Doctor.
Community Involvement
An active Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Huntsville, Brandy served as President in 2015 and was awarded the Rotarian of the Year in 2014. Through Rotary, Brandy is engaged both locally with various events and committees as well as globally with international projects. Enliven is a new not for profit community driven organization for self care through the cancer process that Brandy is a founding director of the board. In recognition of Brandy’s commitment to Muskoka, she was nominated in 2014 for the Women of Distinction Award.
Dr. Nina Lauffer, BES (Hons), BEd, ND

Dr Nina Lauffer, has always had a passion for healthcare, and while immersed in the sciences in her undergraduate program, she was struck by how much a person’s environment influences health, yet so little focus is put on connecting the two. With a clear passion for learning, teaching, and healthcare, she decided to pursue a career in Naturopathic Medicine.
Nina is passionate about teaching and empowering her patients to take charge of their health and well being. Dr. Lauffer also has experience treating a wide range of conditions, with special interest in anxiety, depression, fatigue, menopause, fertility, as well as digestive health and food sensitivities. Focusing on finding the root cause of acute and chronic illness, eliminating preventable risk factors, and using evidence based natural therapies to promote healing.
Modalities (therapeutic methods) used may include: Acupuncture, Clinical nutrition, Botanical medicine, Physical medicine and homeopathic medicine, and Lifestyle counselling and Traditional Chinese Medicine
Educational Studies
Dr. Nina Lauffer received her undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies at York University. During this time, Nina also completed her teaching degree and is certified to teach science at the intermediate senior level. Dr. Lauffer has done seminars for Georgian College and continues to give talks and workshops locally.

Dr Sarah White, ND
Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor and Function Medicine Practitioner
Dr. Sarah is a licensed Naturopathic doctor and certified Functional Medicine practitioner. Personal health challenges in her twenties combined with a broken health care system motivated Dr. Sarah to pursue an alternative definition of health for herself and her patients. She is a lifelong learner and published wellness expert whose mission is help patients restore their health and wellbeing in order to live happier, healthier lives. Her goal as your naturopathic doctor is to help you truly transform your health and teach you the tools you need to create life-long wellness. Dr. Sarah uses a functional medicine approach to healing, including comprehensive hormone, thyroid, gut and food sensitivity testing to help her patients uncover the root cause of their health issues.
Modalities (therapeutic methods) used in your healing may include: Hormone replacement Therapy, Acupuncture, IV medicine, Clinical nutrition, Botanical medicine, Lifestyle counselling and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Sarah earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa and a four-year Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Sarah is a certified Functional Medicine practitioner and has completed extensive additional training in anti-aging medicine, skin health, integrative fertility and advanced hormone-balancing protocols to help you look and feel your best from the inside out.
Matthew Kennedy, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist.
As an RMT, Matt is dedicated to following the standards of practice and ensuring patient-centred care for his clients. By understanding his client’s needs through assessments, and discussions, Matt is able to provide a treatment plan to aid his clients. Treatment plans may vary from wellness massage to reduce stress, to rehabilitative massages for chronic pain conditions.
Matt has a passion for helping clients in need, and leverages his skills to improve their quality of life. Following every session, Matt develops a remedial exercise routine to keep his clients engaged, and consistently improving.

Matthew (Matt) Kennedy is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), as well as a member of the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario (RMTAO). Matt graduated from Humber College with an advanced Diploma in Massage therapy.

Janet Ho is a Registered Psychotherapist practicing under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as well as a Professional Art Therapist with the Canadian Art Therapy Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and previously worked at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Addiction Research.
Janet has had the privilege of connecting with people of diverse abilities and backgrounds. Her deep passion for learning led her to work and travel to many different communities in Canada and around the world – gaining diverse perspectives and knowledge about different ways of being.
In her work with clients, Janet brings a trauma-informed, strength-based and solutions-focused approach that nurtures healing, self-awareness, self-expression, play, growth and resilience to lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
